If you're aged over-65, our services are designed to support you to live your life to the full from the comfort and security of your own home.

Good to be Home will give you one-point access to a wide range of services, including:

  • Collaborative goal-setting. We will work with you to develop personal goals that correspond with your social, cultural, emotional and physical aspirations. We can support you to participate in your favourite activities and stay in touch with your family and friends.
  • Activities to help you maintain or regain skills, mobility and confidence
  • Support with personal care, medication and household management
  • Specialist nursing services, including wound care, palliative care, intravenous therapy, cardiopulmonary support, diabetes management, post-cardiothoracic surgery support, continence and medication management.

Good to be Home will give you coordinated access to a range of health professionals including nurses, physiotherapists and occupational therapists, who will give you all the support you need to maintain your physical wellbeing and enjoy life.

We support a wide range of people, including those with:

  • high or complex health needs
  • chronic illness
  • restorative or rehabilitative goals
  • conditions such as dementia; and
  • isolation issues.

Our water-proof alarms, which can be worn as a wristband or pendant around the neck, give you a direct connection to an ambulance communication centre, which is monitored by trained personnel.
